These terms address your obligations, restrict your rights and remedies and provide rights and protections to us with regard to use of our services, participating in travel arranged through us and of this website. The terms include warranty disclaimers and limitations and exclusions of liability. By visiting our website, or obtaining any service or product through us, you agree to be bound by these terms. You acknowledge and agree this is a fair balance because the website is available to you conveniently; and if you don’t agree or don’t want to accept these terms, you can easily choose to not visit the website. If you do not agree, or if anything is not in these terms that you consider essential, you can choose to not use our website. By using the website you agree to comply with all the Terms of Use.

Safety

Personal safety is a concern everywhere. No place, even home, is 100% safe. Some places have greater safety risks than others. You are responsible to become and stay informed about places where you will travel, by reading current news, reviewing travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements and advisories issued by the U.S. Government prior to and after booking travel. You should consider enrolling in the U.S. Government’s free Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP). Government. STEP lets U.S. citizens and nationals traveling and living abroad enroll in their trip with the nearest U.S. Embassy or Consulate. STEP lets you enter information about your upcoming trip so the State Department can provide information on safety conditions to help you make informed decisions about travel plans, help the U.S. The Embassy contacts you in an emergency and help family and friends contact you in an emergency. Register at https://step.state.gov/step/. PEOPLE TRAVEL TO MANY DIFFERENT DESTINATIONS. PEOPLE TRAVEL FOR MANY REASONS AND HAVE DIFFERENT RISK TOLERANCES. AGENCIES OFFERING, ARRANGING OR ASSISTING IN ARRANGING TRAVEL TO PARTICULAR DESTINATIONS IS NOT A REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY THAT TRAVEL TO THOSE PLACES IS ADVISABLE, SAFE, RISK FREE, OR OF TOLERABLE OR ACCEPTABLE RISK. AGENCY AND ITS PERSONNEL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR COSTS, DAMAGES, OR LOSSES, ALSO INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY, DELAY, CRIME, DEATH, INJURY TO OR LOSS OF PROPERTY, THAT MAY RESULT IN OR DURING OR AS RESULT OF TRAVEL TO ANY DESTINATION. YOU ASSUME AND ACCEPT, FOR YOURSELF AND YOUR GROUP, ALL SAFETY AND OTHER RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR TRAVEL. Please check your documents when you receive them. Call immediately if you have any questions.

AIRLINE REMINDERS

CHECK-IN - Minimum check-in time for domestic flights is 1.5 to 2 hours and for international flights, 2.5 to 3 hours.

RECONFIRMATION

Reconfirm the day and time of flights at least 24 hours for domestic and 72 hours for international. Reconfirmation is mandatory for most international flights. Failure to use any reservations may result in automatic cancellation of all continuing and return reservations.

EXCURSION AND PROMOTIONAL FARES

Most discount fares involve certain restrictions. A change in carrier(s), flight(s), time(s), or routing(s) could result in the carrier demanding a full fare. Obtain agency or airline assistance before making changes. These times, flights and fares are based on current tariffs that are subject to change without notice.

REFUNDABLE TICKETS

Canceled or unused tickets must be returned for proper credit to your account. Lost, stolen or destroyed tickets must be paid for until refund is received from the issuing carrier, subject to an airline imposed service charge.

IMPORTANT!!!!!!

If you arrive at an airline ticket or passenger check-in counter with your confirmed ticket and find that the airline shows no reservation for you - do not leave the counter. Check your ticket. If the status box shows "O.K." for the flight in question, the airline must accommodate you on that flight, or if that is not possible, they must either find you a substitute flight or pay you denied boarding compensation. If necessary, ask to speak to a supervisor.

HOTEL REMINDERS

HOTELS are usually confirmed on a guaranteed payment basis. If you cancel or change plans, please notify your hotel(s) within the time period specified by that hotel.

GENERAL AGENCY REMINDERS

TOURS/PACKAGE PRICES are subject to change without notice due to currency fluctuations, tariff changes or increase in operational costs. In addition, group/packages are based on a Minimum Number of passengers traveling; if the number of passengers falls below the minimum required, a surcharge may be imposed on all passengers. We reserve the right to charge processing fees in the event of refunds, cancellations or special services.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

This travel agency is acting only as an agent for suppliers in selling travel related services, or in accepting reservations or bookings for services that are not directly supplied by this travel agency (such as air and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises, etc.). This travel agency, therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay, or injury to you or your travel companions or group members. Unless the term "guaranteed" is specifically stated in writing on your ticket, invoice, or reservation itinerary, we do not guarantee any of such suppliers' rates, bookings, reservations, connections, scheduling, or handling of personal effects. This travel agency shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social, or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, criminal acts or abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside the travel agent's control. Traveler assumes complete and full responsibility for, and hereby releases this travel agency from any duty of, checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of each destination, and all safety or security conditions at such destinations, during the length of the proposed travel. For information concerning possible dangers at international destinations, contact the Travel Advisory Section of the U.S. State Department. For medical information, call the Public Health Service. By embarking upon his/her travel, the travelers voluntarily assumes all risks involved in such travel, whether expected or unexpected. Travelers are hereby warned of such risks, and are advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them. Traveler's retention of tickets, reservations, or bookings after issuance shall constitute consent to the above, and an agreement on his/her part to convey the contents hereto to his/her travel companions or group members. Proof of identity is required for international travel. Without proper identification, a passport and necessary visas you will not be permitted to depart. It is your responsibility to verify your necessary travel documents.

SERVICE FEES

may be applied in addition to the purchase of air, sea or land transportation services and vacation packages. This fee may be applicable towards the purchase of any travel products. See Consulting Fees Tab for True To Travel current Fee Structure.

CANCELLATION FEES

Trips cancelled within 60 days of trip will be non-refundable as non-refundable deposits will have been paid. True To Travel will make every effort to fulfill travelers' spots but will not guarantee this possibility. Due to the nature of non-refundable payments, this agency strongly recommends travel insurance.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

True To Travel STRONGLY RECOMMENDS TRAVEL INSURANCE. Travel Insurance will be quoted for all Travel arranged via True To Travel and quotes will be e-mailed directly to travelers. The Traveler has the right to purchase policy directly from email link or may decline insurance offer. This travel agency, offering these travel arrangements for sale, acts only as an independent agent in securing the services of the tour operator, air carrier, cruise line, or supplier(s) named below, all of which are disclosed, principals & independent contractors. Because of its status as an independent agent, and because it maintains no control over personnel, equipment or operations of the travel service suppliers, this travel agency shall not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss incurred as a result of any wrongful acts, omissions, or default on the part of the suppliers. As all monies received for travel services are forwarded to the supplier, except for the agent's commission, this travel agency shall not be responsible for refund of monies not in their possession. Because of airline deregulation, air carriers may change fares at will. This travel agency shall not be held responsible for fluctuations in fares or schedule changes not under our control. Client is to understand that this travel agency has travel insurance available for purchase including trip cancellation, baggage, flight, and accident insurance. True To Travel is not accountable for non-refundable cost of losses due to the customers' decision to not procure travel insurance to protect their travel investment.

PRICES

Agency seeks to honor the price originally quoted. In some circumstances prices may go up due to increase in cost for one or more travel components. Prior to full payment, prices including US air transactions , Visa orientation or air tours (in, to, or from the U.S.) could increase for certain travel services, including: seat, baggage, fuel surcharge, or increase in government imposed tax or fee. US air transaction or air tour prices will not increase after making full payment, except for charges resulting from government-imposed taxes or fees. Some suppliers reserve the right to increase prices to cover increased costs, fuel surcharges, tariffs and taxes, and changes in currency exchange rates. You acknowledge and accept these conditions as applicable to your purchase. You authorize the Agency to charge your credit card for such additional amounts. This consent applies to all travel arranged by the Agency for you and your group.

WEATHER

We have no control over the weather. Hoped for, or undesired weather conditions, including but not limited to presence or absence of snow, sunshine, wind, rain, warm, mild or cold temperatures, and all other possible weather conditions are not guaranteed to occur or not occur. Volcanic eruptions, ash clouds, wind and various other events and conditions may be characterized as adverse weather conditions or natural disasters by suppliers and your travel insurance company. That is beyond the Agency's control. Agency reserves the right for itself and suppliers to adjust, modify and/or cancel any itinerary or part(s) of any itinerary as Agency or a supplier deems necessary. Agency shall not be responsible for air, water and/or ground schedule changes or other adjustments, modifications and/or cancellations.
