Once a visa or travel document request is accepted, you will receive an email which will formalize the contract, thus it will become a valid, current, and binding legal transaction between the parties, and therefore we, as a business, will become your supplier and you, our customer.

Visa Application Fee:
Visa application fees are non-refundable. These fees are charged by the respective consulates or embassies and are not within our control. Therefore, we cannot refund these fees if your visa application is denied.
Service Fees:
Service fees paid to Van Travel Business for visa assistance are subject to the following conditions: – If you cancel your visa service before we have started processing your application, you may be eligible for a partial refund. However, a cancellation fee will apply. – If you cancel your visa service after we have initiated the application process, no refund will be provided. – In the event of a visa application denial due to errors made by Van Travel Business, we will refund the service fees in full.
Expedited Processing Fees:
Fees paid for expedited processing services are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the visa application.
Refunds:
Refund requests must be made in writing or via email to our customer support team. Refunds will be processed within 72 hours from the date of receiving your request. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction.
Changes and Amendments:
If you need to make changes to your visa application, please contact us as soon as possible. Additional fees may apply for changes or amendments.
Visa Denials:
If your visa application is denied by the consulate or embassy for reasons beyond our control, no refund will be provided. However, we will assist you with reapplication at a reduced service fee.

So that your case and the possible return of the amount paid can be considered. We would like to inform you that, due to the urgent and personalized nature of the requests, our company will start to manage and process your order within a maximum time period of 24 hours. The applicant expressly accepts and authorizes the order, which being personalized and urgent, will not be able to benefit from any type of withdrawal period or cancellation.
